Q2 What’s the purpose
of the phone consultation with the design manager?
Answer : The
purpose of this call is for the design manager to get an understanding
of what you’re looking for in a Website. Things like
your objectives for the Website, who you’re trying to
reach, what action you want visitors to your site to take,
your design preferences, etc.
Q3 Why is a custom designed
website better than a template site?
Answer :
A custom Website is designed to be as unique as your business
is, simple as that! With a template design you and twenty
thousand other businesses can all end up sharing the same
basic Website look and feel. And that’s not good for
your business profile online!
Q4 Can I buy ownership of
my site instead of continuing to pay your low monthly fee?
Answer :

Q5 How long does the whole
process take?
Answer :
The entire process from start to finish normally takes anywhere
from two to four weeks. One of the key factors in the length
of the process is often how quickly our client can finalize
the text copy that he/she wants in the site. Another factor
is how quickly we get feedback from you after we create your
custom website mockup.
Q6 What do you mean by 100%
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
Answer :
Very simple! We will make every effort to produce a custom
Website design that knocks your socks off. But, if you’re
still not totally satisfied with the design mockup, we will
happily refund your entire purchase price. No gimmicks, no
gotchas, no questions asked. Even after you’ve approved
the design, there’s no contract “lock in”.
You can still cancel at any time with 30 days written notice,
at which point your monthly billings would cease and your
Website would no longer be online.
Q7 What if I no longer want my Website?
Answer :
Very simple – you stop paying for it! With Ufire, there’s
no contract “lock in”. You can cancel at any time,
simply by giving us 30 days written notice. At the end of
the 30 days, your monthly billings cease and your Website
is no longer available online.
Q8 What happens if I start with a Basic site but later
decide I need a bigger site?
Answer :
No problem! You’d simply notify us of the new pages
you’d like to add to the site, and once they’ve
been created and put online, your monthly bill would change
to reflect the appropriate package.
Q9 Are there real people I’ll
be able to talk to or will I be dealing with some automated
attendant driven system?
Answer :
Yes, you can always speak with a live Ufire representative
simply by calling 1 800 368-3998 x1 during regular business
hours (9:00am to 5:00pm EST).
Q10 How is ongoing site maintenance and support handled?
What if I want to change information on a page, add a new
page, or tweak the overall design?
Answer :

Q11 How do I know you’ll
be around?
Answer : Although
Ufire is a new and innovative offering, it is part of a larger
organization called The Biz Technology Services (subsiduary
of The Biz Services Inc.). The Biz Services Inc. has been
in business since 2001 helping corporate clients of all sizes
design and implement Websites and e-Business applications.
Q12 Who writes the words for
my Website?
Answer : Normally,
we look to our client to provide the text/copy for his/her
Website. After all, nobody knows your business better than
you do! However, if you wanted assistance with this task,
we have professional copywriters that could assist for an
additional fee.
Q13 Who picks the photos for my Website?
Answer : That
depends. Sometimes, clients have their own photography that
needs to be incorporated into the Website design. In other
cases, clients don’t have any of their own photography,
and we may select and incorporate photos from royalty-free
stock photography sources in order to enhance the site design.
Q14 How does your e-Commerce offering work? What’s
included and not included in it?
Answer : Our
e-Commerce offering is quite extensive. In fact, it’s
got more capabilities than most of our clients want or need.
